COD Amount (Numeric) – Cash on delivery. The amount, if any, to be collected upon delivery.

Declared (Numeric) – Estimated value of shipment.

Customer Data – Notes field.

Over Dimension PCS – Number of pieces on the shipment that are over dimension, based on carrier standard dimensions (i.e. 20 ft or 20,000 lb).

Accessorials – Additional shipment options (i.e. “Hazmat,” “Inside Delivery,” etc.). Displays as a multi-select drop down.
