Advanced Shipping Options

New Carrier Options

Both FedEx and UPS have new default printing options available under the Carrier Editor. The following FedEx options are available:

• Image Type: This updates what kind of image comes back from the request.
• Label Stock: This updates the size of the image that FedEx returns from the requests.
• Printing Orientation: This updates where printing starts on the label.

The following UPS are also available:

• Image Type – This updates what kind of image comes back from the request.
• Label Size – This updates which of two sizes (4x6 or 4x8) the returned label should format to.

New Shipment Options

Both FedEx and UPS have new Shipment Options available under Shipment Options on the Shipment Editor. These options are exactly the same as the options available under the Carrier Editor. The following screen exists for FedEx:

New Print Button

The Print button, now available as an option under Actions, allows the user to selectively choose desired portions of the printable types available:

The dialog that pops up from this menu can have a preview or standard dialog, dependent on which label type was referenced earlier.
