PO Reports Backward Incompatibility

A user using both SalesPad and DataCollection Console to print PO reports may experience a backward compatibility issue if existing reports are edited using 4.0 and printed from DC Console.

Because SalesPad 4.0 uses a newer set of assemblies to create the controls in reports, if you create a new PO report in 4.0 versions, you will not be able to work with it in older versions of SalesPad or DataCollection.

Workaround Suggestions

1. Make copies of current reports and use different versions than those used in SalesPad 4.0
2. Edit the reports in DC Console, keeping the current format
3. Make backup copies of PO reports before applying changes to them using 4.0
