Overview

SalesPad currently has a number of products which integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Each product in the SalesPad line has its own licensing policies. This document breaks down the various products to assist in clarifying the differences between their licensing.

SalesPad Desktop

Licensed per concurrent user.

• EDI Connector - Per site
• AutomationAgent - Per site

• Manufacturing Extended Pack - Per site
• ShipCenter - Per site
• TeleSales - Per site

SalesPad WebPortal

• For Internal Users – Per concurrent user
• For External Users – Per named user

SalesPad Email Add-In

Licensed per Microsoft Outlook user.

SalesPad DataCollection

SalesPad DataCollection is licensed separately for the following versions:

• DataCollection Mobile* – Per handheld device
• DataCollection Console – Per concurrent user
• DataCollection Extended Warehouse Management – Per site

SalesPad Mobile

Licensed per named user.

ShipCenter

Licensed per site.

ShipTo

Licensed per site.

• SalesPad software licenses are only available through Authorized SalesPad Partners. Please contact your Partner to order SalesPad products.
• New customer orders require a completed, signed SalesPad New Customer Information form.
• *Use of DataCollection Mobile requires at least one license of DC Console, DC Advanced Console, or DC Warehouse Management.
