Credit Card Utilities

Overview

With Credit Card Utilities, users can removed credit card transaction history from SalesPad, encrypt plain text credit card numbers, and mask credit card numbers for historical sales documents. This module is intended for use by power users, as changes made within Credit Card Utilities cannot be undone.

Use

To delete credit card transaction history, click the Purge button in the Purge Credit Card Transaction History window pane. You can change the age of transactions to purge by updating the value in the field highlighted below.

To encrypt plain text credit card numbers that are stored in the Dynamics GP customer record, click on the Encrypt button.

To mask visible credit card numbers on historical sales documents, click the Mask button.
