• Layouts

General

• Minimum iOS version is 8.0.
• Minimum Android version is 4.0 and Version 10 of the SDK.
• Licenses are allocated to a User Name. The same license cannot be used for two users on the same device. However, a user can have up to two devices allocated to the same license.
• Purchase Orders and Vendors are not visible in SalesPad Mobile but the inventory card contains some Purchase Order data.
• System Filters cannot be used to limit Sales Monitor to display only summary information for a specific sales rep in SalesPad Mobile GP.
• Users can not be shared between Mobile and SalesPad GP.
• Reports and Email Templates cannot be shared between Mobile and SalesPad GP.

Supported Barcode Scanning Devices

• Socket Mobile Cordless Hand Scanner SocketScan S740.
• Honeywell Captuvo Sled: SL22, SL22/42 and SL62.
  Note: These are iOS-only compatible sleds, and only barcode scanning is supported with these devices. Credit card swiping is not supported.

    • AirPrint support requires both the iOS Device and the WiFi printer to both be connected to the same WiFi network. This support does not extend to communications directly from the iOS Device to the WiFi printer, such as HP Wireless Direct.

  • Android
    • HP LaserJet 200 color (m251nw)
    • HP Color LaserJet MFP (M476nw)

      • Printing over WiFi in SalesPad Mobile requires both the Android device and WiFi printer to both be connected to the same WiFi network. This support does not extend to communications directly from the Android device to the WiFi printer, such as HP Wireless Direct.

Note: Most printers that say they are WiFi compatible should work with Android devices. The HP LaserJet200 and LaserJet MFP are printers that have been tested and confirmed to work. 

Sales Document Entry

• Tax Calculation is eConnect only (Avatax not supported).
• Dynamics GP Extended Pricing promotions are not supported. We support SalesPad GP Sales Document Promotions in SalesPad Mobile GP.
• Pricing methods other than List Price, Standard Pricing, Customer Special Pricing, and Group pricing are not supported in offline mode.
• Serialized allocation is not supported (Items can be added, but serial nums will not be specified).
• Catch Weights not supported.
• Existing Sales Documents are available in offline mode if the setting “Should Sync Sales Documents” is True. Sales documents can be created in offline mode if the settings are turned on as well.
