SalesPad for Microsoft Dynamics GP: User Field Editor

This video discusses how to use the user field editor in SalesPad GP for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Each business object can have up to 200 user defined fields. All users must be logged out of the system in order to access the user field editor. In this editor, you can create, delete, or copy user fields. Users can completely customize user defined fields as befits their needs; this allows SalesPad GP for Microsoft Dynamics GP to be unique for each business and its needs. We recommend using some sort of indicator at the beginning of the name of the user defined field to distinguish between the stock fields and the custom fields (i.e. X_User Defined Field Name).
